Yuccies aren’t so gross – they’re our next wave of highly creative entrepreneurs!
Yuccies, meaning Young Urban Creatives, are Millennials that have a strong interest in using creative opportunities to make a living. These creatives usually stray from traditional career paths and find that being part of an organization with a strong sense of purpose trumps a mundane, but well-paying job any day. Yuccies are looking for the perfect opportunity to gain financially by using their own ideas, instead of executing someone else’s.
Because of their specific goals and ideas, Yuccies are the masters of niche marketing. The entrepreneurs in this crowd are commonly huge fish in small ponds, but their unique ideas and products are irreplaceable when they find their target market!
